How do Virtual Training Sessions work?

Workout at home, on vacation, or wherever you are! Just hop on Facetime or Google Duo and workout with a certified trainer in the comfort of your own home. It's actually a lot of fun!  
I will call you at the time we set up.

How do In-Home Training Sessions work?

Currently, I am only offering this type of training at my home. (contact me for the location)
This type of training is only available for people referred to me or I know personally. 
Please contact me if you are not referred to me and you would like to chat about in-home training.

What is your clientele preference?

I enjoy working with all skill levels, but I especially love to work with those who are new to exercise or need a fresh start in fitness. 


I have worked with anyone from high school kids athlete to adult seniors working on their strength, balance and flexibility.

Who can purchase training packages?

Anyone who can breath! 

But more specifically...

Children: Athletic specific or increasing daily activity

Adults: strength training, weight loss, flexibility, cardiovascular, low impact, high impact, injury prevention, improve functional movements.

Seniors: strength training, flexibility, balance, injury prevention, improve bone density, improve functional movements. 

What fitness equipment do I need?

You really don't "need" any equipment for our training sessions. I will design our training sessions based off of the equipment your currently have.

However, I will suggest you to have a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and a set of resistant bands. These are optional, but they will help our training sessions to be more versatile. 

How do I Pay for Sessions?

Currently, I only accept payment through Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. Once we have set up our sessions I will be in contact with you about my account information to purchase your training package.

When do I need to purchase my training package?

Please purchase your training package one day prior to our session time.

Can I purchase multiple session at a time?

Yes! You can purchase multiple sessions at a time. You can purchase weekly sessions, monthly sessions or one at a time. Whatever is most convenient for you! I will keep track of the number of sessions you purchased and let you know when it is time to purchase more training sessions.

What if I need to cancel my session?

Please let me know 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel your session. I will charge you for your session if I am not notified 12 hours in advance. (unless it's an emergency, of course!)

Can I get a refund for my training package?

No. Once a training package has been purchased I cannot give you a refund.

What if I am late to my session?

Your session time will start and end at the time we set. If you are late to your session we will still end at the time we originally were going to. 
For example, if our 30 minute session starts at 10am we will end at 10:30am no matter what time we started our session.
